Business Analyst (Contract)
The Opportunity
We are searching for a BA that will be responsible for developing & delivering product and feature specifications to help build the next-gen of mobile banking and payments products. You will achieve this through strengthening the presence across web and mobile devices. You’ll be challenged to blend customer centric principles with industry disrupting innovation and devote attention to the needs of the current market.

Ensure product and business service integrity to existing and new customers.
You’ll work alongside the Operations Manager and the product & development teams, to create experiences that reinforce the brand and bring the WOW! factor
Write product requirements including business rules, use cases, wireframes and flow diagrams.
Analysis product requirements from multiple sources (e.g. research, usability, consumer feedback, competitive assessment).
Communicate; monitor and review work output quality from the Development team.
Working cross functionally with o legal, marketing, finance and development departments to ensure all considerations are included in the functional specs.
Work with UX Designer(s) to deliver optimal user experiences and drive high adoption.
Own the results. Analyze KPIs and use them to drive decision-‐making about the future of the product
Performs initial product training session(s) for Support, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Relationship Management groups
Posses deep understanding of usability and user-‐centric design principles
Conduct UAT to collect appropriate feedback directly from our customers to support future product decisions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
3+ years experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Product Marketing delivering compelling product experiences in technology or consumer products.
Extensive knowledge of and experience with product positioning, go-‐to-‐market strategies, and product lifecycle management.
Attention to detail in writing documentations and requirements.
Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and make sound judgments when faced with trade-‐offs.
Working knowledge and understanding of UX and FE Design.
Organizational and planning skills a must.
Agile, adaptable and capable of delivering new products and features.
