Key Account Responsibilities and Functions Contacts assigned clients on at least a monthly basis via phone and follows-up via email. Identifies prospects from within the client group and develops them into sales. Increases business from existing clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships about how the company can help them achieve their marketing goals. Set and attend meetings with clients to learn more about their business and sell our value proposition in person. Manage client relationships with regards to current and future advertising campaigns, ad copy and other information. Using the CRM system, records client contact activities and updates relevant information about their accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications Comfortable talking with clients over the phone for a large percentage of the day. Can present in one-on-one settings as well as small groups. Maintains contact via a variety of methods (phone, text, email, in-person). Understands the value of clients’ time and money. . Proficient in the MS Office suite and CRM system. Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
