The Opportunity

Our client in central Vancouver is looking for a Clinic Manager to greet clients, manage bookings, monitor business productivity and perform ongoing client management. Strong teamwork, decision making capacity and a welcoming demeanor will set you apart from the crowd.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Oversee daily operations of physiotherapy clinic and provide leadership and guidance to other administrative staff.
  • Answer telephone for booking appointments and provide phone based customer service for various inquiries.
  • Personally greet and guide patients to treatment rooms.
  • Manage payment for physiotherapy service and accurately book appointments using computer software.
  • Assist in payroll for physiotherapy administrative staff and physiotherapists.
  • Manage inventory (ordering supplies) and billing.
  • Participate in clinic marketing efforts in coordination with the clinic owner.
  • Work in coordination with affiliate business administrative team for provision of administrative services including typing, preparation of documents for report development and other administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Medical office assistant diploma, administrative assistant diploma or other similar post-secondary education preferred.
  • Previous experience managing a medical office, physiotherapy office or other similar business model is required.
  • Ability to screen and direct calls is essential.
  • Experience with Clinic Master software or other clinic scheduling software is considered an asset.
