The Opportunity


Our West side client is currently looking for a Collections Administrator to join their team. This position is expected to be a 3-week temporary assignment starting immediately, with the possibility of being extended.


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Collecting on overdue accounts via phone and e-mail.
  • Providing invoices to clients as requested.
  • Customer account reconciliations.
  • Keeping a constant focus on customer service.
  • Additional related duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a collections focused role.
  • Post secondary education (certificate or diploma) in accounting would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly compensation for this role is expected to be $20 – $23 per hour based on experience and education.
