Are you an experienced Credit and Collections professional seeking a new and exciting opportunity?

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking 2 Credit and Collection Clerks to join their busy team. If you have at least 3-5 years experience working in collections, then read on!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Contacting customers daily and ensuring invoices have been received.
  • Communication through phone call, email and mail.
  • Tracking customer accounts for late payments and following up.
  • Ensuring compliance with collection sections of their Credit Policy.
  • Collecting payments on overdue accounts and completing account reconciliations.
  • Updating AR reports monthly.
  • Assisting with credit applications as needed.
  • Handling customer inquiries.
  • Other related duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a collections role.
  • Diploma or Certificate in accounting, finance, or management would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong focus and ability in customer service along with a highly resourceful attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and established organizational skills.
  • Motivated by working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual considered an asset.
