The Opportunity

Our Nisku client is looking for a data entry clerk to provide temporary support as they are entering their busy season. There is the possibility of contract extensions and this job becoming permanent!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Data entry including Employee hours/timesheets, inventory, etc.
  • Prepare and establish data entry priorities by compiling and sorting information.
  • Enters data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information; verify and review data by correcting, deleting or re-entering as necessary.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Secures information by completing data base backups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Min 1-2 years of data entry experience.
  • Previous experience in a construction environment is an asset.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Quantify is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $17.00/hr
