The Opportunity


We are helping our high-profile client find an experienced Senior Developer to lead their high performance and very busy development team. They are looking for someone who will be a player coach, provide direction, focus and mentorship while also being hands on in development as needed. Additionally, this role will work closely with stakeholders for requirements gathering and collaborate with their director in the ongoing development of the technology road map. The successful candidate must have worked in a senior capacity on enterprise development projects, have previous experience heading up teams of more than 5 resources and have knowledge of digital marketing best practices, tools and concepts.


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Coach, train and provide technical direction needs for growing team of up to 9 resources (composed of intermediate to senior full stack developers and a QA Analyst).
  • Participate in the planning and development of enterprise web applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on requirements gathering, understanding business needs and bridging the gap of those requirements into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate cross functional business unit meetings.
  • Participate in the hiring process for the team.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team on related website and digital marketing needs that intersect with web campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Completion of related post secondary education.
  • A minimum 5 years senior .Net full stack web development experience (Must have .NET/C#, SQL server, MVC5, Angular 2+).
  • Minimum 2 years Development Team Lead experience leading team of 5+ people.
  • Solid digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, sales funnel conversion).
  • Experience developing for cloud hosted environments.
  • Agile SDLC.
  • Hone time management skills that use routine, planning and communication to bring order to a dynamic, fluctuating work load.
  • Creative problem solver who finds satisfaction in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to $100,000 depending upon experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
