The Opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President, this Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Calendar management including scheduling of meetings, travel, appointments and events, as necessary.
  • Primary liaison and gatekeeper between Vice President and Management team.
  • Reviews external and internal mail, including both external and internal contacts through outlook to manage business and personal contacts.
  • Prepares meeting materials including market research and information gathering.
  • Tracks/maintains and updates compliance of all vendor agreements.
  • Maintains electronic files and record keeping.
  • Tracks/maintains and coordinates all sponsorship requests.
  • Other duties and projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Extremely organized and excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize quickly and effectively problem solve.
  • Strong and effective communication skills with exceptional attention to details will be required.
  • Valid driver’s license required with access to a personal vehicle for errands etc.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range is approximately $65,000 plus per year; based on skills and experience. A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
