The OpportunityReporting to the Vice President, the Executive Research Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Executive Search Consultants by providing administrative and research support on multiple senior-level searches. The executive search process we provide can be quite intensive based on the clientâ?’s needs and the search. The Executive Research Coordinator will assist in sourcing candidates through online and offline tools available to build a strong pipeline of suitable candidates and will need to be innovative to formulate research strategies to identify world-class talent. You will also be involved in client “kick-off” meeting on new searches, support reference and background checks on candidates, arranging travel, scheduling meetings, set up interviews, pre-screen candidates as well as other duties as required.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates. Research internal database and external sources. Reviewing and pre-screening applicants. Conducting pre-screening calls. Writing professional documents appropriate for an executive level audience. Creating, editing, proofing and formatting various written documents including job. profiles and postings, contracts and RFPâ?’s. Awareness of all activities in play in order to support as needed. Conducting leadership level reference checks. Inputting and updating information into CRM. Presentation preparation. Scheduling meetings, interviews and other logistic duties as required. Strong, active communication with team members. Preparation for and participation in regular team meetings. Liaise with candidates and clients throughout the Executive Search process. Social media and website management. Participating in client meetings as required to gain a greater understanding of the clientâ?’s needs. Conducting candidate interviews as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, human resources or related field. Previous experience in an administrative, sales or customer service focused role. Project management experience would be considered an asset. Working knowledge of search engines. Familiarity with a CRM or ATS would be considered an asset. Confidence, composure and polish working with Senior level professionals. Exceptional attention to detail. Superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Fervent aptitude for technology along with strong technology knowledge and skill set. High energy, ability to anticipate internal teams needs. An intrinsically curious, inquisitive and critically thinking nature paired with a bias for action. Ability to absorb new information, act quickly, and manage changing priorities. Composed, engaged and positive; dedication to internal customer service and the team. Entrepreneurial spirit. Resilient pride in your work.
