You will build and implement a Canadian Field Service Plan, with the support of an executive team that is, empowering, skilled, bright, positive, driven and fun. Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Develop and implement Field Service Business Plan, with other divisions specially Sales, within the company’s goals and strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for the P & L
  • Evaluate team competencies, attracting new talent, with a focus contentious learning to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Goal setting, skill enhancement and performance reviews for all field service staff
  • Investigate and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Field Service Coordination, supporting field service scheduling to ensure timely service and delivery.
  • Resolve issues and continually soliciting customer feedback with a focus on continuous improvement of the customer and employee experience.
  • Provide technical customer support to optimize the performance of pump and/ or compression equipment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance the customer relationship by visiting customers with both the Sales and Service Teams.
  • Be available for emergency assistance to; identify, investigate, root cause analysis, and provide solutions for all technical issues.
  • Follow up with customers on all field service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and determine areas of improvement.
  • Ensure CRM system is up to date with the latest customer contacts and technical reports
  • Review in bi-weekly meetings the status of prospects, quotes, & orders.
  • Work professionally as a team with divisions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Measures gaps between expected performance and actual performance, plan strategically to raise the level of performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years successfully servicing, managing/supervising a service team, and supporting the servicing of “Big Iron” Pumps, Rotating Equipment and/or Reciprocating Equipment within the Oil & Gas community.
  • An Engineering Degree, Certified Trade and/or proven years of experience in Gas Compression and AP610 pumps.
  • Well developed, hands-on knowledge and skill of API 610 Pumps, Gas Reciprocating Compressors.
  • Proven ability to supervise or manage a Feild Service Team.
  • Professional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Experience in mechanical field service coordination.
  • Experience with service contracts.
  • Network of Specialist, Millwrights, & Apprentices. 

Compensation and Benefits

  • A base Salary or $100,000- $120,000 per year or more.
  • Performance Bonus.
  • Truck or an allowance with expenses, cell phone and laptop, provided.
