The Opportunity

Our client, located in Nisku, requires a bright, energetic new grad from an HR program for a 3-month contract position. This position will involve general administrative duties along with some recruitment and retention tasks. This position does have the potential of going perm for the right candidate.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Mail and courier control.
  • Word processing and data entry.
  • Filing.
  • Online and phone pre-screening.
  • Organize and book pre-employment testing.
  • Manage HR Records.
  • Other HR/administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience.
  • Recent graduate of a HR Diploma or Degree.
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment while juggling multiple time sensitive priorities.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay will commensurate with experience.
