The Opportunity

Working with the team out of head office, the HR Coordinator will be responsible with providing additional support to both clients and our consultants.  Opportunities to take on more responsibility in this area (Initial Audits & Gap Analysis) would provide for growth and the application of increasingly complex HR concepts as you acquire more experience.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Preparing job postings, pre-screening applicants, completing reference checks as required.
  • Assisting with onsite client interviews as required.
  • Creating offer packages and letters.
  • Benefits enrollment, payroll set up & ongoing time entry.
  • Performance review collection and review.
  • Research and data collection.
  • Policy and letter drafting.
  • Other tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Post secondary diploma with a Human Resource focus.
  • Minimum one year experience in HR administration and recruitment.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment while juggling multiple time sensitive priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary will commensurate with experience.
