The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a driven Inside Sales Manager to join their Edmonton team!!
If you have a proven track record for leading successful teams, expanding your customer base, driving revenue performance, and achieving sales & financial goals, while focusing on high quality customer service, you MUST apply NOW!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Generate new account through networking, referrals, customer renewals, etc.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders. Assist with Customer Retention and other sales related input.
  • Assist with the recruitment process of new Sales Representative; for instance, actively involved during recruiting events.
  • Create and implement new strategies to increase sales and profitability, and team growth through recruitment and retention.
  • Train and develop Sales Representatives.
  • Assist Field Sales Representatives with sales related input to improve their performance.
  • Communicate with Customer Services Representatives to resolve customer issues and complete all necessary Customer Service Representative software documentation.
  • Implement and follow company policies, code of conduct, hardware, services, sales strategies, shadowing, and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience within the business security, automation and smart technology background.
  • Previous records of sales success and team building.
  • Strong management abilities; proven leadership experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hours of work: M – F 1:00pm – 9:00pm and 10:00am – 6:00pm on Saturday’s (Schedule is subject to change during seasonality/sales schedule).
  • Salary + Commission is dependent on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
