IT Service Desk – Temp to Permanent Opportunity


Responsibilities

  • Work at a large organization with international offices as a help desk analyst
  • Troubleshoot IT related issues including Printers, PC’s, Laptops, in-house software, and mobile phones.
  • Receiving and logging calls via telephone and email
  • Level 1 and 2 support
  • Log calls in Service Now
  • Some Active Directory experience requested for creating user accounts, groups, resetting passwords, etc.
  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries
  • Receiving, logging and managing calls from staff via telephone and email
  • Complete weekly stats reports

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of large enterprise help desk experience primarily over the phone.
  • Experience troubleshooting Outlook 2013 and O365
  • Basic Active Directory Security and User administration
  • ITIL or MCP certifications are an asset
  • Operational support hours run from 6 AM to 6 PM, willing to work rotational shifts
  • Customer Service Attitude
