The Opportunity

Our south side client is looking for an immediate IT Helpdesk Analyst. Candidate will be key point of contact for up to 80 business users across multiple locations. This role will work with all levels of personnel throughout the organization. Candidate will assist with technical on-boarding of new staff, mobile device management and working with vendors.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Work with back end team for on-call support.
  • IT support point of contact for remote and onsite business users.
  • Technical set up and onboarding for new employees.
  • Remote and deskside support for Tier 1 and 2 issues.
  • Provide timely updates on support tickets and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Travel onsite as needed.
  • Documentation.
  • Mobile device management.
  • Work with IT vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Completion of related post secondary education.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft operating system.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Oversee requests from start to finish.
  • Escalate to appropriate departments as needed.
  • 3+ year’s in relevant working experience.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
