The Opportunity 

Our well-established, west-end client is seeking a commercial real-estate administrator who will play a key role in their leasing department! If you are seeking great perks and benefits in a great work environment, then read on!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Preparing offers to lease, leases, renewals, amending agreements, assignments, surrenders, and professional business correspondence including seizures and licenses.
  • Reviewing and interpreting various leases and making required revisions and amendments.
  • Acting as a liaison with the leasing department, property management, accounting, construction and tenants.
  • Performing other duties and tasks as requested by the leasing department and the Executives of the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 or 3 years of related experience in the commercial real estate leasing field specializing in retail lease agreements.
  • Post-secondary education in legal administration, paralegal services, or a related field is an asset.
  • A high attention to detail with demonstrated multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills with the ability to work with multiple deadlines.
  • A professional attitude and demeanor complemented by excellent client relations skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills including a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook as well the ability to adapt to other software programs as required.

Compensation and Benefits 

  • Salary range for this position is between $50,000 – $75,000 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
