The Opportunity

Our south Edmonton client requires an individual to join their team for a 1-2-month temporary position. Working in the Logistics department, you be tasked with updating formulas, creating macros, using V-lookups /Pivot Tables and re-working calculations in a current master Excel spreadsheet while maintaining the integrity of 10+ years of existing data.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Communicating with the Logistics Manager to understand the requirements of project.
  • Strong understanding of coding invoices.
  • Reviewing existing formula’s, macros and formatting of current spreadsheet.
  • Updating all necessary fields and formulas to promote efficiency.
  • Ensuring data is reflected accurately and fixing any discrepancies as you find them.
  • Creating a user manual for the office


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced MS Excel skills – must be comfortable with advanced formula’s, v-lookups, macros, etc.

 

  • Experience with Freight Accounts Payables is an asset.

 

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, confident self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Compensation and Benefits

  • This position will pay an hourly rate in the range of $18.00 – 20.00 per hour.
