The Opportunity

Our well-established client is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join their them. The ideal candidate should have experience with proposal writing, excellent attention to detail, experience with graphic design and is able to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Producing various collateral/communications for bids and proposals.
  • Promoting the company’s social media presence and maintaining the company website.
  • Developing graphics as required for marketing materials (e.g. brochures, ads, newsletters, etc.)
  • Responsible for ensuring brand alignment with internal/external communications (visual design and messaging).
  • Providing administrative and creative support for promotional and communication projects as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a related position.
  • Strong MS office skills and experience with Adobe creative suite programs (ex. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range is approximately $50K-$55K per year; based on skills and experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package will also be provided.
