The Opportunity

Our East side client is looking to grow their organization by hiring a Marketing Operations Manager. The successful individual oversees all aspects of marketing operations and builds strong relations within the marketing team and with other business units. If you are a self-driven leader, not afraid to take on new marketing initiatives, passionate about building strong relationships and share your expertise to make the team successful, we want to hear from you!
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Create marketing initiatives and implement new marketing strategies
  • Manage UX design, product marketing and content projects
  • Mentor marketing team and collaborate with various business units
  • Create, implement and update work flows
  • Analyze the business operations and improve profitability and effectiveness
  • Manage the marketing roadmap

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in related fields
  • 5 years experience in marketing and management
  • Strong knowledge of communication & marketing best practices
  • Strong knowledge of consumer psychology and marketing
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of law, design best practices and search engine optimization are a bonus!

Compensation and Benefits

  • A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
  • Up to $100,000 based on experience
