Key Account Responsibilities and FunctionsYou will inspect, troubleshoot, overhaul and repair stationary industrial machines and mechanical rotating equipment: Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to verify work procedures.
Monitors tool and equipment condition and maintenance status.
Operates forklifts and cranes as needed and in a safe manner.
Prepare parts, including cleaning, for assembly, assembly and testing.
Responsible for cleaning of your work areas.
Ensures proper supplies are readily available.
Notifies QC and Management on non-conforming products.
Prepares all assemblies and paint (as required) prior transport.
Disassembles pump units for failure analysis.
Inspect, measure and document pumps and components.
Operates drills, grinders, milling machines, lathes and other equipment in the machine shop in a safe manner.
Machine shop work as needed on customer rebuilds and remanufactured equipment.
Ensure rebuild and Repair Scopes are accurately created through the inspection process and provided to the appropriate personnel for quoting and scheduling of repair work.
Prepare non-conformance documentation and coordinate with internal groups to ensure product quality issues are addressed.
Perform final inspections on rebuilt and repaired equipment, both internal and outsourced, to ensure quality standards have been met.
Meet with customers and suppliers to resolve quality related problems.
Accompany sales staff, or travel unaccompanied, to customer sites to meet with end-user reliability team.
Provide monthly reports to the General Manager regarding warranty and other quality related issues both for parts and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications Alberta or Red Seal Journeyman Millwright Certification.
Minimum 2 years working on Rotating Equipment.
Must have experience with Rotating equipment and their bearing assembly parts.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Patient, organized and able to work in a team environment.
Should be capable of reading and understanding drawing layouts and parts sheets.
Machining background, fabrication skills, and the use of precision measuring equipment, vibration monitoring, and laser alignment tools would be an added advantage.
Promotes safety and housekeeping.
Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings.
Proficient in math calculations used for assembly.
Willing to travel and perform field service calls as needed.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly of $50-$60/hr plus OT available based on experience. Substantial North Living allowance. Great medical and benefits plan including an aggressive matching retirement plan.
