Do you have experience running a small to medium size construction service company? Would you like to provide strong leadership for our client’s growing business?

The Opportunity

As an Operations Manager dedicated to great customer service, you will oversee operations, safety, quality, logistics, financial and personnel management. Strong experience with fleet management and sharp business acumen will set you apart from other candidates.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Maintain integrity of day-to-day operations and projects ensuring they are scheduled for maximum production, improved efficiency, maximum profitability and minimum cost overages.
  • Oversee all office and field operations with full P&L responsibilities.
  • Contribute to business development efforts.
  • Manage personnel requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10 years’ construction industry experience.
  • 5 years’ Management experience in construction.
  • Fleet management experience is an asset.
  • Post secondary degree or diploma required (ideally in Business or Construction Management).
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 1 or 3 is considered an asset).
  • Some nights and weekends will be required (depending on client needs).
  • All shortlisted candidates will be required to do a background check.
