The Opportunity

One of the leaders in providing Water and Wastewater solutions to the construction industry, is looking for Sales Professional. You will have a well developed North Eastern Alberta territory, with the expectation that you will deepen the existing relationships and look for opportunities to add new relationships. You will be working for a collaborative, supportive company where everyone pitches in to help each other. It is a fun place to work where you’ll feel more like family than an employee. They are well established and growing, meaning, there is an opportunity to for the right candidate earn the role of Sales Manager.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and Develop new sales and clients in North Eastern Alberta.
  • Be a Technical resource to clients and end-users.
  • Analyze project specifications and needs, recommending solutions.
  • Support and service clients beyond the installation.
  • Continually updating the CRM program.
  • Up to 40% percent during peak selling cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Profession track record of sales of a minimum of 4 years, preferably with construction exposure.
  • Post secondary education related to construction would be an asset.
  • Well developed Sales Strategies and Processes.
  • Proven commitment to client service excellence.
  • Driven and Self-motivated to produce and succeed with little supervision.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and take ownership to resolve client challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary of $55,000 – $70,000 per year.
  • Generous profit sharing that has a historical record of being up to 50% of your base.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Program including RRSP matching.
  • Expenses covered, cell and laptop provided, with a monthly vehicle allowance.
