Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Deliver ‘above industry average’ returns on operations by increasing revenues and managing costs.
  • Inspire local team to overachieve, get everyone to pull in the same direction.
  • Be the model for customer service, lead the way by building strong bonds with customers.
  • Be aware, and respond quickly, to entrepreneurial opportunities.
  • Build forecasts, develop business plans, build financial KPI’s. Monitor and achieve objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, oversee human resources duties.
  • Managers must be respected by their employees and inspire them to overachieve.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree strongly preferred. Commitment to lifelong learning is a must.
  • HVAC and Refrigeration knowledge.
  • Proven leadership experience, minimum of five years in a management position.
  • Ability to understand financial concepts, ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to manage inventory, understanding of ROI, Turns, Margins, etc.
  • Must own a vehicle and be in possession of a valid and clean driver’s license.
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive hiring process.
