An experienced project admin assistant is required by our client in NE Calgary! If you have previous experience working within an engineering or construction company, we want to hear from you! Position is available to start immediately – free parking provided!
The Opportunity

Working within a tight knit group of professionals, you will be responsible for providing support to the team in day to day project and company administration activities.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Create and edit documents such as reports, letters and proposals.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and site access for teams.
  • Arrange meetings and meeting room set up.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and exits.
  • Update and maintain equipment logs and ensure maintenance records are up to date.
  • Mail and courier control, paper and electronic filing and ordering of office supplies.
  • Assist with basic accounts payable functions.
  • Data entry into multiple programs.
  • Other general administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience of project administration with an engineering firm or a similar environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. Experience with SharePoint and Access an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; proven ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment.
  • Self-starter, accountable team player.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver license is a requirement.
