The Opportunity

Our Nisku client is looking for an experienced project administrator to join them for a 2 – 3 month temporary position. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong multi-tasking skills and is able to work independently and in a team environment.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Tracking employee hours/timesheets for weekly payroll.
  • Generating daily LEMs reports for customer approval.
  • Invoicing/billing for projects on a continuous basis.
  • Assisting Project Managers with monitoring project progress, developing tracking data and project specific reports.
  • Liaising with the accounting department to ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Data entry.
  • Other administrative duties as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years in project coordination or related experience.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with SAP.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with invoicing for projects.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay will commensurate with experience.
