Are you a Project Manager with 10+ years’ of experience in the modular construction industry? Do you have strong experience with DIRTT’s solutions?

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a 2-3 month contract. The position is located in Edmonton and has a high likelihood of turning permanent. The Project Manager will be focused on multiple projects from cradle to grave, while ensuring DIRTT solutions are installed to specifications and high-quality standards.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Review production information and drawings for accuracy.
  • Provide estimates and project scope based of off drawings.
  • Create installation quotes.
  • Implement DIRTT solutions to project specifications.
  • Manage projects from order acceptance to project completion.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and support to the team; including, the project designer.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Commercial or Residential Construction. Experience in the Modular Construction industry is preferred.
  • Previous knowledge of DIRTT’s solutions is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree, in Building Construction or Construction Management. Or, Diploma in Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
  • Strong background knowledge with the Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical elements of a building and interior space.
  • Strong experience reviewing blue prints and construction drawings is required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and 3D software is considered an asset.
