The Opportunity

One of Canada’s fastest growing Valve Companies has an immediate opening for a dynamic individual with proven capability as an Inside Sales Coordinator, Project team. Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Work collaboratively as an integral member of the project team.
  • Proactively responding to customer inquiries and updates with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Start and follow through the Project order process, data and documentation, culminating in the delivery of equipment packages, including: packing slip creation and invoicing of completed orders
  • Provide customers with answers to questions regarding products, services and delivery, focused on customer service excellence.
  • Detailed development of documentation for equipment with quoting or quote support.
  • Review project specifications and analyze if the equipment will provide the required solutions, with support from internal partners i.e. engineering, production, vendors, manufacturing or management.
  • Strong administrative responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the valve industry as an integral support member of the project team.
  • Undergraduate degreediploma in a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering discipline would be an advantage or equivalent valve work experience.
  • Proven focus on “world class” customer service!
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, team building abilities with a great drive to contribute individually with excellence.
  • Well-developed communication skills, led by patient and active listening, coupled with the ability to promote ideas and explain details.
  • Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and improve and the willingness to adapt to change.
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A base salary of $50,000 to $65,000.
  • Potential incentive bonus may be available for the right candidate.
  • A fantastic comprehensive benefits package.
