Junior Property Manager!!!

The Opportunity

Our client in NW Calgary is looking for an Junior Property Manager to join their growing team!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Provide high level of customer service for occupants;
  • Hire, direct and train site staff;
  • Promote and demonstrate excellent relationships with tenants;
  • Minimize delinquencies, maximize occupancy rates and retention of tenants;
  • Develop a marketing plan;
  • Optimize efficiencies in turnover suites;
  • Oversee maintenance and renovations of properties;
  • Monitor and improve cash flow and return on investment;
  • Understand and comply with laws and bylaws where applicable;
  • Assist in leasing of suites. Participate in managerial strategy meetings;
  • Provide reports and planning as required by management.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Work efficiently under stress, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines;
  • Experience with Proertyware is an asset;
  • Experience in property Management is a must;
  • Great customer service skills;
  • Strong communications skills both spoken and written
  • Strong time management, organizational and team skills;
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize work and effectively meet deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
