The Opportunity

Are you a Refrigeration Journeyman or Apprentice looking to join the leader in the Industry?

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing specialty refrigeration and kitchen equipment.
  • Interacting with customers on site and ensuring concerns are addressed professionally.
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to customer service calls.
  • Completing repairs quickly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining tools and parts inventory in your company service vehicle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Refrigeration Journeyman or apprentice (2nd year minimum) required.
  • Experience repairing refrigeration or kitchen equipment required.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Must possess excellent customer service.
  • Experience in a technical role with customer interaction.
  • Must possess a valid class 5 license with the ability to travel regionally.
  • Successful candidate must reside in the Red Deer area. Relocation will be considered.
