The Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for a highly talented Sales Management Professional. You will be responsible for growing the business and leading a passionate Sales Team to the next level of performance. You must extensive knowledge of drilling and completions, with a developed contact list through out the industry and a passionate approach to leadership.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions Passionately lead and mentor your sales team, through vision, encouragement and empowerment. Development and execution of strategic business plans that expands the companyâ?’s customer base, deepening relationships of key accounts. Ongoing analysis of strategic sales plans ensuring alignment with corporate goals, targets and objectives. Drive sales growth and increase market share by passionate leadership of the sales team, including hiring, training and mentorship Be a champion of cultural of positive engagement and accountability. Continuing to increase technical knowledge of the team, which includes; equipment design/application and customer challenges to identify new opportunities for sales and service. Communicates market information, competitive strategies, sales and service trends within the industry. Support your teamsâ development of key account relationships and new customers and sales opportunities. Support the response to customer service requests and project requirements with a focus on delivery excellence. Coordinate with internal departmental partners, to respond timely and accurately to requests for quotations and estimates, RFPâ?’s and project delivery. Support and lead in the development of sales presentations and successful negotiation. GROW REVENUE, Reflecting the Mission and Values!

Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience successfully growing sales in the Upstream O & G industry.
At least 5 years of experience Driving Revenue growth as Sales Manager.
A mechanical or chemical degree or diploma coupled with additional education in business, sales, or management.
Exposure and involvement with International sales.
Well developed technical background in drilling and completions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation ability
Time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proven positive relationship management with demonstrated leaderships and mentoring ability
Continue the cultural drive for customer service/satisfaction excellence be example.
Proven ability to drive the sales process, from strategic development to follow-through, analyzing adjusting as required.
Must be able to motivate, empower and coach staff in the achievement of performance goals.

Compensation and Benefits Base Salary of $140,000 to $170,000 or more commensurate to experience. Profit sharing could be available. A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
