The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant for a permanent opportunity. As the Senior Executive Assistant you will be responsible for supporting “C” level executives and handle all scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and all correspondence. The successful Senior Executive Assistant will have 10+ years of experience supporting “C” level executives, be highly professional, have excellent communication skills and be able to work proactively to anticipate needs. The Senior Executive Assistant must be able to work with multiple executives within the organization and there will be some travel requirements for the role.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Correspondence
  • Meeting organization and connectivity
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Email management and response
  • High level document and presentation preparation; includes formatting and proofreading
  • Prioritize and assess urgency of tasks on behalf of the Executive
  • Demonstrates discretion to handle highly confidential matters on behalf of the Executive team
  • Assists with event coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting “C” level Executives
  • Large corporate experience is preferred but not a requirement
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Must be able to anticipate and exercise proactive problem solving skills
  • Previous experience managing complex travel and accommodation
  • Strong calendar and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication skills –written and verbal
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Flexible availability, this is not a 9-5 role
  • Ability to build strong relationships and build trust
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion
  • This is a role with a lot of variety, you must be a quick learner
  • Travel will be required on occasion
