Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Processing commission, salary, and hourly payroll.
  • Processing and administering direct deposits for payroll.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Maintaining ROE’s.
  • Compiling and administering T4’s.
  • Lead by example and capture mentoring moments for more junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years minimum of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Completion on the PCP certification.
  • Impeccable organization skills and a proven ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable to various styles of personality.
  • Excellent proven track record for a focused customer service approach.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team or a proven natural leader among peers.
  • Ability to multi-task while ensuring long term development/growth objectives are met.
