The Opportunity

Our client in seeking someone with a background in restaurant training and safety procedure development.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Work with managers, supervisors, and employees to development of safe work practises and procedures
  • Teach company specific courses as it relates to restaurant operations
  • Conduct safety orientations for new employees
  • Address safety and health concerns in work environments
  • Conduct incident investigations and determine root cause to prevent reoccurrence
  • Provide input and with departments on the emergency planning


Required Skills and Qualification

  • Previous experience with developing training and program development procedures within the restaurant/food industry
  • Experience developing training materials and safe work procedures from the ground level
  • Experience training front line staff in a food-related environment
  • Related food safety and/or OHS education is strongly preferred
  • Interest in furthering ones education and capacity in the OHS industry is desired
  • Ability to travel locally is required
