Our busy client is looking for a Site Supervisor with hydrovac experience to join their team!

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Supervisor is tasked with managing daily activities in the field. Attention to detail, strong scheduling skills and strong ability to manage staff and liaise between departments will be keys to success in this role.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Inspection of daily paperwork, weekly site inspections and yearly driver evaluations.
  • Pre-site inspections to determine scope of work.
  • Assist with the training of all new staff on all equipment.
  • Complete competencies checklists on all new hires.
  • Assist with dispatch or on equipment when necessary.
  • Assist with estimating or sourcing of materials when necessary.
  • Must be available for on call work when needed.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hydrovac industry experience and field experience is required.
  • Familiarity with financial practices.
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics.
  • Functional computer skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
  • Ability to travel.
