The Opportunity


Our Edmonton based professional services client is looking for a seasoned Technical Project Analyst to join their busy team. This role will be responsible to set up their NOC Department (from selecting and designing the monitoring systems and process to implementing and training staff) as well as work on projects for the clients (Small to medium size businesses across Alberta). The ideal candidate will have extensive NOC experience, have worked previously for an MSP and thrive in an environment offering autonomy, focus on cutting edge technology and superior customer service.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years MSP experience
  • Senior level NOC experience
  • Experience running projects end to end
  • MCSA, MCSE
  • Cisco Certs are an asset
  • Experience with N-Central, IT Glue and Autotask preferred
  • Excellent, versatile communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
  • Presently based in Edmonton

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary up to $80,000 depending on experience
  • A comprehensive benefits package will be provided
