The Opportunity

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Liaising with the accounting department, you will be responsible for assisting with:
    1. Processing/disbursement of trust monies.
    2. Reconciling monthly statements of general and trust accounts.
    3. Posting monthly interest of investment accounts.
    4. Coding invoices and expense reports.
    5. Maintain vendor deposit accounts and code invoices.
  • Providing reception coverage (breaks, lunch, vacation, etc.) including maintaining/ordering of office supplies and coordination of building maintenance.
  • Provide back-up administrative support for meetings such as audio-visual setup etc.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience; a Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or Office Administration is an asset.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
  • A strong team player; demonstration of a positive work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range is $45,000 PLUS per year; based on skills and experience. A comprehensive benefit package is also provided!
