The Opportunity
Supporting project managers, you will assist with the design and construction process for active development projects.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Tracking Development & Building Permits and building contractor close-out documents
  • Assisting with drawings, utility applications, budget tracking, base building deficiencies & warranty processes, while ensuring all processes are current & completed.
  • Maintaining/updating master lists, insurance obligations & certificates, while coordinating with Project Manager for CCC & FAC certificates.
  • Liaising with development partners & head office for regular project status reports.
  • Coordinating with Project Manager, Director Development, and VP Development on turn-over, cost, and monthly reports.
  • Acting as first point of contact for tenant interface & document control and scheduling regular check-ins and follow ups during entire Tenant process.
  • Assisting Project managers with commencement letters, review of Tenant plans and signage submittals, Tenant premises inspections, Tenant improvement allowance process cheque requests, Tenant delinquency regarding deliverables, and Tenant close-out deliverables.
  • Update project contact sheets & database and assist with continuous improvement of development process – including process manual.
  • Other related duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years administrative experience; a background in single family housing, land development, and commercial real estate development would be considered an asset.
  • Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MSOffice.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize quickly and effectively, problem solve.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range is up to $60,000 plus per year; based on skills and experience
