Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure financial workflows, policies and deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for preparing/processing of all necessary documentation such as invoicing, leasing, files, liens and insurance while ensuring completion and accuracy.
  • Responsible for processing all sales commission statements while meeting deadlines.
  • Preparation of all sales and reporting.
  • Additional administrative duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Previous experience in banking, leasing, or accounting required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Excel.
  • Must be highly organized and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 per year; based on skills and experience. A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
