The Opportunity

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will liaise with internal stakeholders in providing timely and effective programs and services. Providing a wide variety of guidance in areas employee relations, recruitment and workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and compensation.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Providing guidance, counsel and assistance on all employee relations matters to Management and staff as required.
  • Providing guidance, counsel and interpretation to Management and employees regarding various corporate programs and policies.
  • Full cycle recruiting from sourcing to on-boarding.
  • Providing advice and guidance to leaders with respect to managing people and creating a positive culture.
  • Other related responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management; CPHR would be an asset.
  • Min. 5-6 years’ experience in a diverse HR Generalist role.
  • Self-motivated, energetic team player with ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of all relevant trends, legislative changes and court interpretations affecting Human Resource issues.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in written form.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range is $70,000-$80,000 per year; based on level of experience, includes a comprehensive benefit package.
