The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with document control; correspondence; assisting with quality control; filing; coding and reception. The ideal Administrator will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role; excellent attention to detail and great communication skills.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
- Document Control.
- Quality control.
- Generating reports.
- Data entry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Administrative role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
- $45,000-$48,000 annual salary.
