Our client has offices from coast to coast , headquarted out of the city of champions – they maintain millions of square feet daily. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their dynamic , energetic team located in west Edmonton!

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, you will be the first point of contact to clients. Utilizing your exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills you will provide administrative support to all levels of staff within the organization.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Answering all incoming calls, taking messages and ensuring all visitors are greeting in a professional, friendly manner.
  • General word processing and paper filing.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors.
  • Ordering supplies; tracking expenditures.
  • Ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Other general reception/administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related reception/administrative experience.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple deadlines and priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A comprehensive benefit package annual salary in the range of $38,000 – $42,000.
