Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant that can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in either Regina or Saskatoon. Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Responsible to deliver advanced executive-level administrative assistance by managing an extremely active calendar of appointments to ensure it reflects the CEO’s top priorities.
  • Exercise the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in dealing with sensitive, personal, and confidential matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, internal and external including clients and suppliers.
  • Manage CEO communications by composing, preparing and proofreading professional correspondence and compiling data.
  • Coordinating meetings including preparing agendas and taking complete minutes.
  • Review expense claims and monitor meeting schedules.
  • Lead the effective management of the Executive Office, including records, documentation and file management, supply inventory, department budget, and training and development for the executive assistant team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years of post-secondary education with 5 years’ experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Extensive experience dealing with highly confidential information and an attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
