An exciting temporary opportunity is available within the provincial government for an advanced MS Excel user with strong administrative skills. Position to start ASAP!

The Opportunity

Working closely with the project manager and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Creating and editing MS Excel spreadsheets.
  • Research and data analysis.
  • Word processing.
  • General administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of senior level administrative experience.
  • Project management experience within a government setting is ideal.
  • Advanced MS Excel skill set (must be comfortable with pivot tables, graphs, formulas, creating error checks, etc).
  • Strong MS Word and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong researching and proofreading skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly rate will commensurate with experience.
