Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Greet visitors in person and over the phone.
  • Calendar management and preparing rooms for meetings.
  • Sending and receiving mail and courier control.
  • Filing, scanning and photocopying documents.
  • Data entry.
  • Other general administrative tasks as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of office experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • A confident and professional personality.
  • A quick learner with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.


Compensation and Benefits

  • The compensation will vary, typically ranging between $15.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on the position requirements.
