The Opportunity

Our client requires an outstanding experienced Receptionist to professionally manage front desk duties.
Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Answer up to 4 busy phone lines.
  • Review and respond to emails using Outlook.
  • Draft correspondence as required.
  • Typing of letters and possible data entry.
  • Handle clerical tasks, mail, couriers and filing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Minimum $17.50 per hour
