The Opportunity

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Handle all administrative functions including account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, process builder and other routine tasks.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate abstract information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certified or working towards certification.
  • 1+ years experience in administering and customizing Salesforce
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation will be determined depending on experience.
