Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Provide assistance to the Branch Co-ordinator and Executive Director
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agenda’s
  • Ensure meeting packages are prepared in advance
  • Arrange for travel and accommodations
  • Draft and type letters use temp plates as required
  • Prepare and process expense claims according to regulations
  • Coding of invoices and data entry

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience including some government background
  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Minimum $19.00 per hour
